You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and notifying us promptly of any changes. You can update your contact information anytime through Online Banking or by contacting customer service.

Requesting Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any electronic Communication by contacting us. A fee may apply for paper copies as outlined in our fee schedule. Requesting a paper copy will not withdraw your consent to electronic delivery.

Withdrawing Your Consent

You may withdraw your consent to electronic Communications at any time by contacting customer service. Please note that withdrawing consent may result in fees for paper delivery or, in some cases, account closure if electronic delivery is required for your account type.

Legal Validity

Your consent to electronic Communications is provided pursuant to the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act). Electronic Communications have the same legal effect as paper documents with handwritten signatures.
